We <a href=\"https:\/\/www.producthunt.com\/posts\/bear\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">launched the beta on Product Hunt<\/a> last summer, gained over 2,000 upvotes, scored a \u2018Product of the Month\u2019 badge, and picked up over 40,000 (!) beta testers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After a bunch of beta releases and a ton of great feedback from you, we launched <a href=\"https:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/us\/app\/bear\/id1016366447?mt=8&amp;uo=4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bear 1.0 for iPad, iPhone<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/us\/app\/bear\/id1091189122?mt=12&amp;uo=4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mac<\/a> on November 1, 2016. Then we kept going.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the past year, Bear made App Store Editor\u2019s Choice, won App of the Year 2016, and was honored with a <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.bear-writer.com\/thank-you-yes-you-for-our-2017-apple-design-award-1b13e702ee91\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2017 Apple Design Award<\/a>. You\u2019ve downloaded it millions of times\u200a\u2014\u200ayes, millions!
