The Ninja Turtles, Nigel Thornberry, Spongebob, and the Powdered Toast Man are all playable characters in Nickelodeon's 'All-Star Brawl.'
Super Smash Bros pioneered the idea of taking characters across a wide range of video games and allowing them to duke it out. Well, now Nickelodeon’s releasing its own version of that tried and true formula.
Nickelodeon’s All-Star Brawl was announced this week in a short teaser trailer. The early announcement showcased 14 playable characters that span across the greater Nick Toon universe — From Ren & Stimpy to Danny Phantom.
The game will feature 20 themed maps and offers both single-player and multiplayer game modes. Test your sanity in competitive matches online or enjoy the way the game was intended: local multiplayer.
Will Nickelodeon’s All-Star Brawl eventually be drawing full crowds at EVO? Or will it settle into a more casual experience? How about something in between? What characters are going to be universally despised? How will a tier-list play out? Only time will tell.
