Reebok and Cardi B bring enchantment to their third collection

Reebok has just raised the curtain on the third chapter of its collaboration with Cardi B. While her previous capsule might’ve had you ready to hit the club, her latest is more in tune with relaxation. Aptly titled “Let Me Be…Enchanted,” the collection takes inspiration from living in a euphoric state — although it’s tough to say what that may look like for the artist — and having the clothes and footwear to match.

You may not connect feelings of euphoria and enchantment with New York City, but in Cardi’s world, NYC is the center of the universe. She reimagines classic city backdrops throughout her campaign, including a bus stop bench and a Cardi-fied subway car.

A Cardi classic — Cardi B chose a favorite sneaker from her two previous Reebok collections, the Classic Leather. Its third iteration sees the kicks take on a monochromatic “Ultra Berry” color scheme that’s meant to be paired with a plush faux fur jacket. Its oversized heel and tongue tabs allow for easy access, while the lug outsoles take the sneaker to new heights, literally.

The second sneaker silhouette in the capsule is the Freestyle Hi, which will drop in three color variations: Glass Blue, Moonstone, and Quartz Rose. Each pastel shoe is topped with a cheeky glitter tongue graphic on the tongue (of course) and secured with two Velcro straps across the collar. The Glass Blue version will be available in kids and toddler sizing if anyone wants to go for full-family matching.

No such thing as too much fur — As for the apparel, the collection features the aforementioned faux fur jacket in a dark burgundy color. It runs in unisex sizing and comes in at $300, but units are limited “for Cardi’s most devoted fans.” Joining the jacket is a 2-in-1 Cardi Leotard set in a light blue shade that’s sized from 2XS to 4XL. As is the case with all of Cardi’s collections, the unitard and matching bandeau pieces are designed to accentuate every body type.

The Classic Leathers and Freestyle Hi sneakers retail for $110 and $90 respectively, while the Cardi Leotard can be yours for $75. If you’re a Reebok UNLOCKED member, you’ll have exclusive access to the Classic Leather sneakers.

You can shop the full collection when it drops at 10 a.m. ET on June 17 via Reebok and Footlocker. Hype for Cardi’s collections is strongest for the biggest Cardi fans — you can find any of her previous collections at a fair resell rate — so you likely won’t have much trouble copping a piece of the enchantment.
